A large crowd was on hand Saturday at Legit Speedway for the 2nd Annual Farmer Appreciation Night. Sponsored by Reliable Chevrolet, a field of 19 Out-Pace USRA B-Mods hit the track.

Toby Thompson of Mountain Grove earned the pole position and never relinquished his spot, with a wire-to-wire win in the Out-Pace USRA B-Mod feature.

A record 228 people attended Saturday night’s annual USRA Awards Banquet in the Star Pavilion located at the Ameristar Casino Hotel in Kansas City as the USRA closed the curtain on the 2015 season.

Over 5,000 fans plus drivers and families on the pit side made Logger Appreciation Night a record-setting night at the Legit Speedway Park on Saturday.

This weekend will be the second free grandstand event of the season at Legit Speedway Park in West Plains, Mo., as they honor those in the Timber Industry.

A crowd of around 1,000 race fans were on hand for a perfect night on the dirt, and the 3/8-mile red clay oval was in top condition, giving both fans and drivers a great night of entertainment.
